Brandon Commercial Building Has a Water Problem
When a supply line above this drop-ceiling bursts and floods the acoustical tiles with water there is a problem. These soft and porous ceiling panels absorb water like a sponge, quickly sag and then fall to the corridor floor below. No Brandon office work today until the water can be removed along with the non-salvageable ceiling tiles and a portion of the sheetrock walls. The water can rapidly wick vertically into the cardboard backing and ruin the lower sections of the wall. Our SERVPRO® techs can do a "flood cut" to minimize the tear-out and also help, with our dehumidifiers and air movers, to dry the structure within several days. We're Faster To Any Size Disaster, and that means that the damage as severe as it was, could have been much worse resulting in many more days of lost employment to the staff and disruptions for their clients. We work hard to keep you in business.
