Tampa Water Damage to Vinyl Flooring Has Happy Outcome
After water from a bathroom entered this area of the home in Tampa, causing water damage to the floor and subfloor in a small space. SERVPRO technicians used their moisture detection equipment to determine the scope of the water loss to the substrate and removed the necessary amount of floorboards carefully taping down the open areas on the edges of the boards to stop any moisture from entering. A single air mover was enough to dry the area, and once the area verified as dry, the techs reinstalled the floorboards saving the homeowner the cost of replacement. They then cleaned the floor to make the loss "Like it never even happened."
