Storm Damage – Brandon Office Building
Storm damage at this Brandon office building was the result of the roof being damaged by the high winds of a severe thunderstorm. As the before photo shows, rainwater was allowed to enter the building freely damaging the drop ceiling and depositing water on the floor below. Insulation and rafters above the ceiling also were water damaged. SERVPRO® could respond immediately as we provide 24/7 emergency service to all of our clients. Our industry certified technicians would clean up any standing water and carefully remove the damaged ceiling tiles and dispose of them properly. Commercial air movers and dehumidifiers would then be set up to dry all of the affected building materials. To finish up the job, our technicians would replace the damaged ceiling tiles with new ones.
