Heavy overnight rain brought flooding over different areas in Brandon, causing jitters among property owners as the rising water engulfed some of the properties. One of the homeowners called SERVPRO to help save contents and restore affected parts of their home structure.

We also made flood cuts on the walls to access porous materials, including drywall and insulation. The flood cuts also helped with the drying process by easing the circulation of air.
