Have Fun At One of Several Entertainment Venues in Brandon

Brandon, Florida is considered part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area, however, the area has its unique history and community, separate from the large Tampa metro area. Brandon lies eleven miles east of downtown Tampa, making it a short drive for residents who want to enjoy the city life, commute to work, or travel across the city.

The area of Brandon was first settled by a gentleman named John Brandon in 1858. Initially named New Hope, he purchased forty acres. Later expanding by 160 acres, the town eventually became known as Brandon in 1890. Rail service was established the same year to Tampa providing the only primary link to the coast and the larger city to the east. There were no roads at the time, and the train service became a welcome addition to the growing community to travel to Tampa and other locations.

Fast forward to the 1960s–1990s, the town grew substantially with many new businesses added, the construction of Interstate 75, and thousands of new residents. The population growth also introduced many new exciting things to do in the community and the surrounding metropolitan area.

Avoid Costly Demolition with SERVPRO's Injectidry System

Water leaks often soak carpets and other flooring materials as it spreads from the source of the leak. Many homeowners find that the water has originated inside a wall or spreads to wall cavities that must be dried to avoid future mold infestation issues. Often, homeowners are not aware that moisture inside walls is present until it is observed by SERVPRO technicians using advanced technologies such as.

  • Thermal Imaging Cameras
  • Moisture sensors inserted into cavities

We use specialized equipment to remove the moisture without the need to remove drywall, cabinets, or flooring to reach cavities with high moisture levels. Our Injectidry System effectively removes moisture and dries the cavity's interior without the need to open large holes in the walls.

There is significantly less demolition needed to dry the interior of the cavity thoroughly. As a result, damage repair requirements are minimized, significantly reducing restoration expenses and the time required to return the water damaged area to its original condition.

SERVPRO of Brandon / North Riverview provides water damage repair services to Brandon residential and commercial business customers and the surrounding area. Call (813) 741-3473. We respond 24/7 to help with all your water damage repair needs.
